Makstton Vehicle Fitment Guide
ZEEKR 001 Wheel
Fitment Guide
The ZEEKR 001 is an excellent car, but its rapid update cycle can be frustrating even for a Chinese wheel brand. The good news for Makstton is that we make wheels rather than interior trim or body kits. Unless a model receives a major platform or chassis change, its core wheel fitment data normally remains consistent. Based on the vehicles Makstton has measured and fitted, wheel specifications are broadly interchangeable across ZEEKR 001 model years, so this guide consolidates the key factory data into 19-, 21- and 22-inch configurations.

Factory Wheel & Tire Specifications
| Size | Factory Wheel | Factory Tire |
|---|---|---|
| 19-Inch | 19×8J ET45 | 255/55R19 |
| 21-Inch | 21×8.5J ET40 | 255/45R21 |
| 22-Inch | 22×8.5J ET40 | 265/40R22 |
| Vehicle Specification | Factory Data |
|---|---|
| Bolt Pattern | 5×108 |
| Center Bore | 63.3mm |
| Gross Vehicle Weight Rating | 3,030kg |
The 3,030kg gross vehicle weight rating was recorded from a 2024 ZEEKR 001 675km AWD WE, the heaviest version in Makstton's collected data. Vehicle weight varies by model year and configuration, so Makstton uses this documented version when calculating the wheel load requirement.
The factory material available to Makstton does not state a per-wheel load rating. Using the documented maximum gross vehicle weight and a 20% safety factor gives 3,030 ÷ 4 × 1.2 = 909kg. Makstton therefore recommends a forged wheel load rating of at least 910kg per wheel.
For lighter factory 19-inch configurations, Makstton's 19-inch flow-formed or cast wheels rated at 850kg per wheel may be suitable after checking the vehicle's identification label and gross vehicle weight rating. The 850kg rating should not be applied automatically to every ZEEKR 001 configuration.
Center Bore Production Standard
The ZEEKR 001 and some other Geely Group vehicles should not be manufactured solely around the commonly published 63.4mm center-bore figure. Makstton has physically measured hub registers at approximately 63.26–63.28mm. A forged wheel produced at 63.4mm may fit too loosely on some vehicles and can contribute to difficult-to-diagnose vibration at higher speeds.
Based on thousands of production and installation cases, Makstton uses the following center-bore standards:
- Forged wheels: 63.3mm
- Flow-formed wheels: 63.35mm
The difference relates to machining methods, tolerance control and market-specific product compatibility. Makstton will explain this production standard in a separate technical article.
Measured Factory Fender Clearance
Makstton measured the distance from the outer wheel edge to the fender edge with the factory wheels installed:
| Factory Wheel | Front Left / Right | Rear Left / Right |
|---|---|---|
| 19×8J ET45 | 28 / 28mm | 29 / 23mm |
| 21×8.5J ET40 | 20 / 21mm | 22 / 22mm |
| 22×8.5J ET40 | 20 / 21mm | 23 / 22mm |
Small left-to-right differences are normal and may result from vehicle assembly tolerances, wheel alignment, suspension condition and measurement position.
MAKSTTON Recommended 19-, 21- and 22-Inch Fitment
| Size | Wheel | Tire | Compared with Factory |
|---|---|---|---|
| 19-Inch | 19×8.5J ET35 | 255/55R19 | 0.5J wider; outer edge approximately 16.4mm farther out |
| 21-Inch | 21×8.5J ET24 | 255/45R21 | Factory width retained; outer edge approximately 16mm farther out |
| 22-Inch | 22×8.5J ET25 | 265/40R22 | Factory width retained; outer edge approximately 15mm farther out |
These recommendations were calculated from Makstton's measured factory fender clearance and verified installations. Actual tire width, tire model, suspension height, wheel alignment and individual vehicle tolerances may still affect the final position.

Fitment Notes
The data in this guide is provided for wheel customization and vehicle-fitment reference. If the final wheel position is critical, Makstton recommends measuring the individual vehicle before converting wheel width and offset. Body tolerances, wheel alignment, suspension condition and actual tire width can produce differences of several millimeters even between vehicles of the same model year and configuration.
Strictly speaking, no single fitment specification can be perfect for every vehicle.
For the ZEEKR 001, Makstton's case library contains a wide range of forged custom fitments, fixed-specification flow-formed wheels and verified installations. This guide presents only a small selection across 19-, 21- and 22-inch sizes for reference.
If you find an error in this guide or have additional verified measurement or installation data, please contact Makstton.
